If your item hasn’t arrived or isn’t as described, please contact MassGenie customer service. If your issue isn’t resolved in three business days, we will get you your money back.

Almost all items sold on MassGenie can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment. A limited number of items have different policies or requirements associated with them in their respective description page.

If you've changed your mind about an order, you can request that it's canceled within an hour of your purchase, as long as the seller hasn't dispatched it yet. If the seller has already shipped your order or if they don't accept your cancellation request, you'll need to wait until you receive the item and then contact us for a return request.

To arrange for a refund, please contact MassGenie customer service. You will be refunded the price of the item you return, plus any taxes you paid on the item. In most cases, sellers designate that the buyer will pay for return shipping and any restocking fees if specified in their return policy. If the item(s) were damaged or incorrect, sellers must cover return shipping costs. The buyer will be responsible for paying shipping for the return, unless the item(s) were damaged or incorrect.

You must return an item in the same condition as it was received including

  • All packaging such as boxes, bags and tags

  • Accessories such as cords and remotes

  • Manuals, warranty cards, etc.

  • Any bonus items

  • All items included in a bundle

It may take 10-14 business days after the seller received your returned item(s) to process the refund. If it’s too late to start a return, it's up to the seller to decide whether they will accept a late return. Please contact the seller for more information.

Returns are not accepted on the following merchandise: certain personal care items, hazardous materials, pay-as-you-go products (phone, games), some jewelry, gift cards, charitable donations, grocery products, flowers and live plants, open software, live insects and times with special shipping instructions imposed by the U.S. Department of Transportation. We also reserve the right to refuse a return if an item is not returned in its original condition, including all packaging and tags.

If you are sending the item within the United States and the order is valued at $100 or more, insure the shipment for the value of the merchandise and ship your return with a signature shipping service. Items valued over $35 must be returned to the seller with a trackable shipping service. For items below $35, we suggest USPS delivery confirmation service.
