Almost all items sold on MassGenie can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment. A limited number of items have different policies or requirements associated with them in their respective description page.
To arrange for a refund please contact MassGenie customer service. You will be refunded the price of the item you return, plus any taxes you paid on the item. You will not be refunded shipping, if charged, unless the item(s) were damaged or incorrect. The buyer will be responsible for paying shipping for the return, unless the item(s) were damaged or incorrect.
For damaged, incorrect items- please take pictures of the product and have available when reaching out to Customer Service.
It may take 10-14 business days after the seller received your returned item(s) to process the refund.
Returns are not accepted on the following merchandise: certain personal care items, hazardous materials, pay-as-you-go products (phone, games), some jewelry, gift cards, charitable donations, grocery products, flowers and live plants, open software, live insects and times with special shipping instructions imposed by the U.S. Department of Transportation. We also reserve the right to refuse a return if an item is not returned in its original condition, including all packaging and tags.
If you are sending the item within the United States and the order is valued at $100 or more, insure the shipment for the value of the merchandise and ship your return with a signature shipping service. Items valued over $35 must be returned to the seller with a trackable shipping service. For items below $35, we suggest USPS delivery confirmation service.
