We strive to respond to emails within one business day of receiving them, so you can expect a prompt reply from us regarding your concerns.
What forms of payment does MassGenie accept?
MassGenie accepts American Express, MasterCard, VISA, Discover, Diner's Club card & JCB cards. We do not charge your credit card until the item you purchased is shipped. All credit card orders are subject to credit verification and approval.
Is it safe to use my credit card for shopping on MassGenie?
How do I track my order?
The seller will upload important shipping and tracking information so you can easily keep track of your orders. You can also use the Seller Portal messaging system to send sellers follow-up messages on your shipment.
How much do I pay for shipping?
Here at MassGenie, shipping rates are dependent on the seller. A pre-calculated shipping fee is added to the amount you pay upon checkout. Buying multiple items may also result in multiple shipping charges. Head over to our Shipping Policy for more details on shipping rates at MassGenie.
The item I ordered was damaged during shipping.
We apologize for any damage that your orders sustained during shipping and delivery. Please contact the seller directly for any complaints about your orders (contact information can be found on the seller’s About Us page). The seller will coordinate with the courier and file a claim as needed.
What is your return policy?
If you’re unsatisfied with an item you bought at MassGenie, we can help direct your return request to the seller. Sellers are responsible for processing the return requests for the products they sell and ship.
